Bůboli Gardens
Itís one of the most impressive Renaissance gardens; it has a variety of vegetation, from flowers, citrus fruit trees which harmonize with the spectacular scenery and the sculptures with idyllic scenes.

Brunelleschi's Dome
Florence has many touristic attractions that amaze people from many parts of the world; due to the beauty and advanced and innovative techniques in architecture. The Duomo was constructed by Filippo Brunelleschi and is known as the Duomo of Florence. If you visit the Duomo you can climb to the top to see an amazing view of the city and after that you can walk in the interior and see more artworks.

San Miniato al Monte
The Basilica is situated at the top of a hill called Monte lle Croci; and itís a great example of the Florentine Romanesque architecture; inside the Basilica you can find many artworks with religious themes and zodiac symbolic animals. There are also many frescoes, which were painted in honor of St. Minias, a martyr who suffered the Christian persecutions in the 13th century.

Santa Croce
The Basilica of the Holy Cross is the main Franciscan Church in Florence; the beautiful architecture perfectly combines with the awesome collection of artistic treasures such as Ernico. You can also find the tombs of many illustrious people who were buried.

Santa Maria Novella
Itís one of the most famous Basilicas in Florence because itís the first Basilica constructed in Florence and it is situated across from the main train station of the city. The Church is one of the most beautiful buildings of Gothic style; it also has a great faÁade, which was remodeled twice, and a collection of artworks from famous artist such as: Sandro Boticelli with his Early Nativity, Filippino Lippi with hiís great frescoes, Giorgio Vasari with Madonna of the Rosary and more.

The Brancacci Chapel
Itís a chapel of the Church Santa Maria del Carmine famous for the great collection of art works featured inside such as the Temptation of Adam and Eve, The expulsion from the Garden of Eden, St. Peter Preaching, St. Peter healing the sick and more. Most of them were painted by Filippino Lippi and Masaccio, who influenced in Michelangeloís paintings.

Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, itís closed on Tuesday. Open at 1:00 pm on Sundays.

The Uffizi Gallery
Itís considered as the primary museum of Florence, a visit to this museum includes a tour through its 2 floors with 45 Rooms, and the Gallery offers a great selection of the best paintings and sculptures from many worldwide Painters such as Simone Martini, Fra Angelico, and Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Raphael, Caravaggio and more.

Fiesole is a great place in Florence, you can have amazing views of the city and at the same time you can enjoy a peaceful village out of the city; the visit includes some roman ruins, a museum, the Cathedral of Firesole, the Church of S. Alessandro, and The Monastery of S. Francesco on the crest of the hill, a fontanelle, a Roman theater and although it takes a half or full day trip to get there, it is worth a visit.

Florence is known as the Gelato Capital of Italy, you cannot find a bad gelateria in Florence but itís easy to find the best Gelateria and that is Vivoli for sure. Tourists agree in one thing: they have the best gelato in the whole world. The gelato in Vivoli is not the cheapest one but it is worth the price. The main characteristic of Vivoli is that the ice cream is made every day that day and the flavors change frequently.
